Shipping Information
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 8-20 days after the order is shipped. For faster shipping options, delivery can take 7-10 days. Please contact us for more details.
What are the processing and shipping times?
• Order Production Time: 2-4 business days (excluding holidays).
• Shipping Time: Ships within 1-2 days after production is completed (excluding holidays).
What shipping methods do you use?
We offer free shipping by air, using UPS & FedEx & China Post for standard shipping. However, shipping to remote areas may incur additional fees.
Are there any areas you don’t ship to?
• United States: We do not ship to Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), and Virgin Islands (VI).
• United Kingdom: We do not ship to postcodes starting with BT.
Return Policy
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel the order within 72 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 72 hours, we will refund 80% of the order total, with 20% being non-refundable.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
If your order arrives with the wrong design or is damaged, you can return it for free within 30 days, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
Are custom orders eligible for returns or exchanges?
No, customized or modified orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Customization
Can I customize wedding party decorations in any color or style?
Yes, we can create decorations based on your photo. A sample will be provided for your approval before shipping.
Can I get a sample before placing an order?
You need to place and pay for the order first. We will make a sample within 1-2 days and send you a photo. If you’re not satisfied, you can cancel the order without any cost.
What is the lead time for custom orders?
Once the sample is approved, shipping typically takes 1-2 days, except under special circumstances.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom products?
No, there is no MOQ—custom orders start at just 1 piece.
Will the product look exactly like the photo?
There may be slight differences due to variations in materials and assembly. If you’re concerned, we can send a final photo for approval before shipping.
Can I return a custom order if I don’t like it?
Unfortunately, custom orders are non-refundable as they are handmade.
