Shipping

Production time: 2-4 business days, excluding holidays.
Orders usually ship within 1 business day after production is complete.
Estimated delivery: 8-15 business days after your order ships.
Expedited shipping is available on selected orders and typically takes 7-10 business days.
Please contact us before placing your order if you need your items by a specific date. Free air shipping is available for eligible orders, excluding remote areas.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your Angela Flower order. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Cancellations

Because each item is handmade, we begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed.
You may cancel your order for free within 72 hours of purchase.
After 72 hours, 80% of the order amount is refundable and 20% is non-refundable.

30-Day Return Policy

 We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused standard items. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, Angela Flower will cover the return shipping.

Custom Orders

Custom, personalized, or modified items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a customer reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The exact cost depends on the carrier you choose.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, Angela Flower will cover the return shipping.
