Order production time: 2-4 days (except holidays)

Free Return
order not received:

Because each item is handmade, we begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed . You may cancel your order for free within 72 hours of purchase. After 72 hours, 80% of the order amount is refundable and 20% is non-refundable.

Order Received:

We accept returns within 30 days. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, Angela Flower covers the return shipping.


Custom:

The above return policy is not applicable to all custom order that have been modified from the standard style.
Customized or modified order cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
